RETURNS

All Limelight products are made-to-order and thus orders are non-returnable. However, Limelight backs all the fine garments that we sell. Claims of order discrepancies must be identified within 3 business days of receipt of goods by the ordering Studio via email to info@limelightteamwear.com.

Claims of defective merchandise must be identified within 30 calendar days of receipt of goods by the ordering team, not by the end recipient of the garment. Please provide a photo(s) showing the defected garment. All defective merchandise claims must be sent to info@limelightteamwear.com. The garment must be returned to Limelight within 10 calendar days for further inspection and resolution and only defective merchandise will be approved for credit or replacement. Normal “wear and tear” is not considered a defect and Limelight is not responsible if washing instructions were not followed.

Any concern with products ordered through team shops must be brought to the attention of the team owner and the team owner is to communicate to resolve the concern with Limelight Teamwear, not the parent purchaser.
